This is a lifestyle space where movement, coastal living and healing through community come together.  

When you walk through our front doors, you'll feel like you're home!  The front of the studio is designed to be your beach cottage by the sea.  Featuring coastal furniture, custom window fashions and home accessories.  

The center (beach inspired area) is dedicated to group classes that support healing through fitness, dance, yoga and meditation.

In the back of the studio is 'Kathy's Closet'.  A retail boutique where you'll find new as well as hand selected resale pieces of furniture, clothing and accessories (beware ~ dog hair comes with our resale pieces ;)... because this space is also a place where the Vizsla kids sometimes hang out (Kathy's 2 older, loving, adorable dogs ~ Zeke & Roxy),  because a Beach House is not a home without them!

This is the 🤍 of the Beach House!  We invite you to stop in, have a seat at the bar and watch a class, watch game nights with us, or just relax with a cup of coffee, a mocktail, an icy cold beer or a beautiful glass of wine.  After class, hang out at the bar or on our front porch with old friends and meet new friends.  This is also where our amazing fitness Barre classes also take place...

Our goal is to create a welcoming space where you can come as you are.  A place where the camaraderie is contagious and negative judgements are not welcome.

Vacations are fun, but not always healthy or sustainable, so it's our mission to have you keep that "Living on vacation" vibe ~ yet offer you a place where you can stay physically, mentally and spiritually connected in healthy, happy ways.

We believe being an active member of our ZK fit community is so much more healing than feeling isolated.  Healing happens when you're moving your body, loving the space you're in, and talking and laughing with your people!
