Welcome to Our World ~ 15 years in NJ to a brand new studio in FL!

WHO WE ARE:

We are a Limited Liability Company ~ ZK FIT, LLC

Doing business as: KATHY'S BEACH HOUSE

Located in The Cove Shopping Center @ 1670 SE 3rd Ct. Deerfield Beach, FL  33441      www.zkfit.com     (856)981-7989

ZK fit.com began in a little town called Pitman, NJ where Kathy grew up (photo above on the left).

To learn about our history visit  'ZK's Blog: Living A Dream'.  It's a story of Kathy's dream that began many years ago!  Fast forward and that dream continues...

Now building Kathy's vision of a lifestyle space in a 'Beach House' ~ where movement, coastal living and healing through community come together in beautiful Deerfield Beach, Florida!

When you walk through our front doors, you'll feel like you're home!  The front of the studio is designed to be your beach cottage by the sea.  Featuring coastal furniture, custom window fashions, home accessories, fitness clothing and ZK Fit merch for sale.

The center (beach inspired area) is dedicated to group classes that support healing through fitness, dance, yoga and meditation.

In the back of the studio is 'The Surf Shack' (well... not really.  this is our private office space)

a place where the Vizsla kids sometimes hang out (Kathy's 2 older, loving companions ~

Zeke & Roxy in the photo to the left),  because a Beach House is not a home without them!

Connecting it all ~ happens @ Kathy's Beach Bar!

This is the 🤍 of the Beach House!  We invite you to stop in, have a seat at the bar and watch a class, watch game nights with us, or just relax with a cup of coffee, a mocktail, an icy cold beer or a beautiful glass of wine.  After class, hang out at the bar or on our front porch with old friends and meet new friends.  This is also where our amazing "Barre @ the Bar" fitness classes also take place!

This is a judgment-free environment where positivity is contagious, everyone is welcome, and healing happens through movement, community and connection.

Welcome home!  The entire ZK Team and I (including Zeke & Roxy) can't wait to see you! 🤍Kathy

OUR MISSION:

Our mission is to create a welcoming coastal space where being a member of the ZK community is so much more healing than feeling isolated.  We all have, or have had trauma in our lives.

Healing trauma doesn't happen with talk therapy.  It happens when you're moving your body, loving the space you're in, and building meaningful connections.

Move your body. Love your space. Find your people.
